| ::THE
REPORT:: |
On this longest stretch of the bull-running route it
was possible to appreciate some very fine running close-in
in front of the bulls' horns. The pace of the bulls
had slowed somewhat as they entered Estafeta and this,
coupled with the fact that they were in various groups,
meant that the runners could get into the gaps close
in front of the bulls and experience the sensation of
leading them along with the bull's horns just a meters
behind them. The width of the street and the measured
pace of the run prevented any pile-ups of runners -
something that would occur further ahead. |
