Only two runners have suffered contusions

The seventh and second-last bull-running of this year's Sanfermin fiestas has resulted with two slightly -wounded runners being taken to Hospital. Both have already been discharged after receiving treatment.

The first injured runner to be taken to hospital was Sean P Flicks, a 28 year-old from Chicago (U.S.A.) who was removed from the Teléfonica section suffering from a banal cranial trauma.

The other injured runner from this morning's bull-running was George Parker, a 29 year-old from London, England. He was removed from the bull-ring with a fractured finger to his left hand.

FAVORABLE PROGRESS IS BEING MADE BY THE TWELVE INJURED FROM GORINGS FROM THE EARLIER BULL-RUNNINGS.

The twelve runners who received gorings over the previous six bull-runnings at this year's Sanfermin fiestas, an who remain in the local Navarra Public Hospitals, continue to make a favorable recovery from their injuries.

In the Hospital of Navarra there are two Americans - Justin Brandon Skonberg and Howard S Marzan, both gored in the bull-running of the 9th of July, the first to his right thigh and the second to his left thigh. The runner from Madrid, José María Pérez Hernandéz, who was gored to his right thigh during the first bull-running is making good progress as is Aureliano Fernández Centenera, from Guadalajara, who was gored to his left shoulder on the 10th and the Englishman, Andrew Slater, a 38 year-old, who was gored on the exterior right thigh on the 11th of July.

In the "Virgen del Camino" Hospital there are still five injured being kept in hospital: Jorge Rolando Villao Minda, resident in Burlada (Navarra) who was wounded to his buttocks. Francisco Javier Álvarez Ochoa de Olza, from Pamplona, and the American, James Brandeu, who both received a goring to their left legs on the 10th. There is also an Australian, Luke Versace and an American, Elinzey O.Sain from Kansas (U.S.A.), who were gored to the knee during the first bull-running. There is also a Canadian, Etienne Bolduc, a 19 year-old from Ste-Foy who was gored on the 11th at the Teléfonica stretch to his left armpit. Victor Álves López, a 31 year-old from Madrid, who was gored to his left thigh in yesterday's bull-running, at the Teléfonica stretch and suffered two entrances, an ascending one of 15cm. and a descending one of 10cm.
